Dekker dip glazer for frozen fish products

We have multiple Dekker dip glazers for the fish processing industry in stock at the moment. This glazers are used for the application of a protective coating of ice around frozen fish products. This coating prevents air from penetrating the surface of the product and dehydrating it or drying out the surface of the fish.

This type of glazing is commonly used for environments where the product is very vulnerable, such as supermarket shelves and cold stores.

Adequate glazing of fish fillets, shrimp and other seafood products prior to frozen storage protects the final product from dehydration, oxidation and quality loss.
