Service and spare parts

At IB Food-Machines, we have experienced service technicians who are happy to support you. Together with you, we determine an appropriate maintenance interval and see how we can help your technical department. In this way we ensure that your machine works properly and is safe, with minimal downtime.

We offer periodic maintenance through service contracts, but you can also contact us for one-time maintenance on your machines. We understand that breakdowns can occur whether or not you have a contract. In that case, we are happy to solve the problem for you. Our service technicians are always there for you!

We are committed to minimizing your downtime. That’s why we have an extensive stock of parts available. In Urk, we often deliver within an hour and in the rest of the Netherlands within one day.

Our service technicians are ready to help you with repairs. In addition, they are available for periodic assessments of your production machines. This allows us to check whether they are still running efficiently, or whether (minor) adjustments in programs or components may be needed to generate a higher yield.
