Account Manager
As an Account Manager you are the face of our company and the point of contact for our (international) relations. You can work independently and are responsible for the complete acquisition process in cooperation with our Chief Commercial Officer. This ensures that the customer needs are correctly translated into a suitable offer. In this role you always stay well informed of all relevant external developments. It is a versatile position in a company that is growing very fast.
What will you do as an account manager?
- Acquire new relationships, including through LinkedIn, Social Media and your personal network
- Turning a prospect into a loyal customer
- Sales of new and used food machinery
- Preparing and following up on quotations and orders
- You are responsible for sales and revenue development
- You supervise the implementation of customer projects
- Able to think with customers to provide technical advice to them

What do we ask of you?
- HBO working and thinking level
- Sales experience: at least 3 years
- Relevant experience in food production in the fish, poultry or meat industry
- You have good analytical skills
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, of the German language is a plus
- Be able to work independently and accurately
- Being customer friendly and communicatively strong
- Willing to travel regularly within NL and sometimes in Europe
