Our award-winning BladeStop band saw can reduce this risk of serious injury and amputation by mechanically stopping the blade when the device detects that the user has come into contact.
In addition to touch detection, BladeStop also comes with the GloveCheck™ detection system. GloveCheck detects that the operator’s gloves are moving at high speed in a zone immediately upstream of the blade and is ideal for high-speed cutting tasks with hand movements.
